Eucharistic Ministers

Called by God As Eucharistic Ministers, we are called to serve God’s holy people by sharing the Body and Blood of Christ with our brothers and sisters.

Called to Love Like Christ By answering God’s call to become a Eucharistic Minister, you will enter into a deeper intimacy with the risen Christ present in the Eucharist.

You are also called to be an example of Christ’s love. Like Christ, you will become a servant to your fellow parishioners. You will serve the faith community in a way that is both a privilege and a form of humble service.

Called to Be “Extraordinary". As a layperson, it is “out of the ordinary” for you to give communion to others; therefore, you will become an “extraordinary” minister of the Eucharist.

Eucharistic minister is the shorthand term for extraordinary minister of the Eucharist. Called to Give Joy The Eucharist is the ultimate joyful mystery. The Eucharist is at the heart of the mystery upon which Christian faith is ultimately founded – the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus. When we receive the Eucharist, we receive the gift and promise of eternal life. As a Eucharistic Minister, you would be the sign and carrier of Eucharistic joy. Listen for His Call The Lord is always calling us because of His great love for us.

Please consider His call to serve our parish in this way.

You will be be scheduled approximately 1-2 times a month at scheduled Masses.
