Holy Spirit at Geist is not just a church, it is a faith community, designed to help you and others along your faith journey. Christ Renews His Parish (CHRIP) is designed to do just that. CHRIP is an opportunity to come together with like-minded parishioners who ask themselves these very questions, and others.
This parish based renewal experience, held in the Parish Life Center, offers men and women the opportunity to become acquainted with other parishioners while deepening and strengthening their own relationship with Christ. Participants from previously held retreats conduct the retreat. Christ Renews His Parish weekends are held annually in the Early Spring. The weekends are presented at no cost to those attending the retreat.
HERE’S SOMETHING NEW about Christ Renews His Parish
… Since we have all been dealing with a lot of challenges and disruption in our lives these past few years, CRHP will now be open to parishioners who have already attended a CRHP Retreat. So, if it has been a significant amount of time since you attended (8+ years) or if you have experienced a significant life change, you are welcome to attend another renewal weekend. We ask that part of your discernment to attend include an openness to continuing through the following season of formation.
